Walk for Autism – For My Son, Tommy Phillip 💙
Friday 6th FebHi everyone,
I’m taking part in the Walk for Autism for my son, Tommy Phillip.
Tommy is non-verbal autistic, and every single day he faces challenges that many people never see and that a “typical” child would never have to deal with. Things most of us take for granted — communication, routine changes, noise, crowds, or understanding emotions — can be overwhelming for him.
Despite these challenges, Tommy shows strength, resilience, and determination every day. He may not use words, but he communicates in his own way, and he teaches us patience, love, and a whole new way of seeing the world.
I’m doing this walk to raise awareness and funds for autism support — not just for Tommy, but for all autistic children and families who face similar struggles daily. Every donation, share, and bit of support helps make a difference.
