My updates

Friday 6th Feb

I’m doing the Walk for Autism because it’s something close to my heart.

Growing up, school was tough for me. Not many people really understood autism back then, and a lot of the time it felt like you just had to “get on with it” without much support or explanation.

Now, my son has been diagnosed with autism too. That’s given me a whole new perspective — not just as someone who struggled, but as someone who wants the world to be kinder, more patient, and more understanding for the next generation.

This walk isn’t about labels or limitations. It’s about awareness, support, and celebrating people for who they are. Autism comes with challenges, yes — but also with depth, honesty, and a unique way of seeing the world.

Every step I take is with love, hope, and a belief that things really can keep getting better.

Thank you for supporting 💙
