I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives because someone I love has Autism

Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

I'll be walking 10,000 steps a day from 26th March to 2nd April to raise money for this fantastic charity. Please sponsor me.

Friday 3rd Apr
I would like to thank each and every one of the people who donated to my fundraiser. I really do appreciate every single penny contributed especially in a time when things are getting more and more expensive.

This was personal for me. Zoe is a fantastic wee girl and blows our minds daily with her cleverness. She is extremely bright, beautiful and hilarious. She has blossomed so much this past year, thats not to say we've not had our struggles cos believe me, there are some tough times. 

Thank you for all the support, thank you to everyone who loves and supports my wee darling girl. She is loved by so many and has wonderful people around her always rooting for her.❤️

Friday 3rd Apr
The final day of the walking challenge brought me to Castle Semple. The birds were posing perfectly for me to snap some beautiful pictures of them.

Friday 3rd Apr
Walk around Finlaystone Country Estate. It was a Springy walk, flowers in bloom, especially daffodils and lots of baby cows nearby

I didnt quite reach my goal today. I had an Easter Egg Hunt, Easter Crafting, Egg Rolling and fun at the park with Zoe instead ❤️

Tuesday 31st Mar
A very cold & windy walk down the Esplande. I rewarded myself with a cup of tea and a cake from the cafe.

Tuesday 31st Mar
Weather was terrible. Too terrible to get out and walk so I used my walking pad in the garage instead and caught up with my programme on Netflix at the same time.

Saturday 28th Mar
Today I walked up towards Ingliston and down through the country roads. It was a nice day today, it only drizzled with rain for a short while

Friday 27th Mar
Took a walk from Inchinnan down towards the airport. Caught the Emirates plane taking off before heading back to car. A cold and windy day.

Walked over the Erskine bridge today and then through a nice wee wooded area.
