Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

I'll be walking 10,000 steps a day from 26th March to 2nd April to raise money for this fantastic charity. Please sponsor me.

I am walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism initiatives also for my son Elijah.

Wednesday 11th Mar
I am walking 10,000 steps a day over 8 days that’s 80,000 steps to help increase autism acceptance and understanding to help support autism initiatives and their work creating inclusive, autism-friendly communities.
 
This also means a lot to me as my youngest son Elijah who is now 7 was diagnosed with Autism when he was 4 I see how some days can be challenging for him and how the right support can make all the difference he has come on leaps and bounds and I’m so so proud of him. 

Being apart of this walk for autism means so much to us it’s not just about the steps but about raising awareness, understanding, and support for autistic children and their families. 

Autism is a lifelong journey and with the right support acceptance and inclusion our children can thrive.
