I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives

Starting at the end of March, I’m lacing up my trainers for a challenge that is very close to my heart—me. I’ll be walking 10,000 steps every single day to raise awareness for autism and to celebrate my own unique path.

Autism isn’t a mountain to climb; it’s my opportunity for victory. Sometimes the world can feel a little too loud or too bright, but every step I take is a reminder that I am different , not less… These steps represent my strength, my resilience, and my commitment to a world where we can all be our true selves without judgment. Thank you for walking (virtually) alongside me! ❤️

Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated I am thankful for each and everyone one of you for supporting me and not seeing me any differently. Thank you. ❤️

Walk updates 💚

Tuesday 24th Feb
Hey guys, just thought I’d come on to say I will be doing some walking here and there to prepare me for the big 10K walks a day for a week from the end of march!  Thank you so much for all the donations that I have made already it really means a lot. Thank you also for the support 💚

Why I am doing this walk 💚

Thursday 19th Feb

while 10,000 steps might seem "standard" to some, for me it represents a battle against sensory triggers and a break from the safety  of my routine.  This is a “stretch target." It’s not just a walk for me it’s a week long commitment to push  me past my own boundaries to raise awareness that if I can do this anyone can who’s in the same position as me! 💚

I took up on this challenge to not only help others but to help myself and achieve goals that would help me able to challenge myself more in the future, I am taking this big step with my partner along side of me 💚.

I just want to thank you all for donating and helping and supporting me through this journey💚
