Children get ignored

Tuesday 10th Feb
This is a very meaningful fundraiser to me and my family. I have a son myself with autism and he was one of the many children who has been bullied/ignored. From a very young age you know your own child and you want the best for them, also knowing something isn’t right and wanting support and help for your child.
Trying to get this support was never easy and I was always getting turned away because boxes weren’t ticked.  It wasn’t about boxes it was about my child how and how he had suffered.
I have now got a third child and am going down the same road with her at only 7 years old.
Nothing gets easier.
I am also a Learning support assistant at a SEN school and have worked with SEN children/ adults most of my life, this has inspired me to do this walk to help children get what they deserve. Sometimes you shouldn’t have to fight for your children but that’s the way it has been and always will be.

I appreciate all donations and they will help children to be noticed😊
