Day 5 & 6
Wednesday 1st AprDays 5 & 6 complete!
I’m now up to 59,596 steps after Monday and yesterday, and aiming to be fully caught up by the end of today (Day 7).
From speed-walking around Callendar Park with a colleague, to dance parties with Cody, to squeezing in home workouts from YouTube all to get my steps in. It’s definitely been a challenge so far. But it feels amazing to stay consistent and work towards something meaningful!

26/03/2026 - Day 1
Friday 27th Mar Not the day 1 I had planned 😢 Turns out having tonsillitis in your 20s is just as horrid as having it as a kid. Despite being stuck in the house I managed 3622 steps walking back and forth to the freezer for ice lollies 😅Obviously, I significantly down on my target already but I am still determined to reach 80k steps by the 2nd of April. Thankfully, the antibiotics now seem to be doing their job and I am feeling a lot better than I have been so hoping to get outside for a walk later on today and hopefully I can hit 10k steps 🤞🏻
2 Weeks To Go!
Thursday 12th Mar Hi all, 2 weeks to go until I take on the Walk for Autism challenge. Thank you so much to all the people who have donated so far! If anyone else would like to donate no matter how big or small it would be greatly appreciated ❤️ Share
Walk for Autism 2026
Tuesday 27th JanI’m taking part in Walk for Autism 2026 for my son, Cody, who is currently on the pathway for an autism assessment. This walk means so much to us, not just for Cody, but for all people with autism who may feel misunderstood, unheard, or unseen. It’s about raising awareness, showing acceptance, and standing together to say that everyone deserves to be understood, supported, and valued for who they are. We’re walking with love, hope, and pride, for Cody and for the whole autism community.
