I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives

Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

Being diagnosed with
Autism Spectrum Disorder at 16 really helped me understand myself that I wasnt "emotionally broken" like I always thought previously, I was simply neurodivergent. One of the ways I find helps me with stress and any issues is to go on a walk with my friends to physically and emotionally reset. Therefore, when my friend told me about Autism Initiatives charity walk to raise awareness aswell as funding those those in need i thought the occasion was perfect.

Me and Amber will be walking 10,000 steps a day from 26th March to 2nd April to raise money for this fantastic charity.
