I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives
Hey everyone! As someone who has family members with autism and myself being diagnosed at the end of last year, I have found that there is a lot of stigma and misunderstanding around the topic.
Being diagnosed and getting the support is essential especially for children as they can get the help they need, which I feel would have helped me especially in primary school.
I'll be walking 10,000 steps a day from 26th March to 2nd April to raise money for this fantastic charity and it would mean a lot if you supported me on my journey.
