Running & walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives

I’m taking part in a walking challenge for autism, and this one is really personal to me. My nephew Theo is on the autism spectrum and I see first-hand the challenges he faces, but also the strength, uniqueness, and resilience he carries every single day.
This isn’t just for Theo though it’s for all my friends and everyone out there living with autism who struggle daily in ways most people don’t always see or understand. I want to stand up, show my support, and help raise awareness as well as funds for this cause.
I’ll be documenting my entire journey along the way every step, every challenge, and every moment to share why this matters so much and to hopefully inspire others to get involved too.
Any support means everything. 💙
