Good cause while getting fit

Wednesday 21st Jan
What better way to motivate myself!
Autism can be tough, often diagnosed late in a child's life, more so for girls.
The wait list times are horrendous on the NHS and private diagnosis is not cheap.
Being undiagnosed causes significant challenges for children in the personal life and education.
Too often people blame the child for that melt down or awkwardness in some situations because they go undiagnosed until later in their childhood and education.
With help and an early diagnosis it can be managed and understood better.
No one should be held back or judged, each child/person is different and deserve to be listened too, helped and lead a "normal" life.

Help me raise awareness and funding so that no child has to be judged, blamed or made to feel different.
