Thursday 22nd JanThis is my son, Leo.
Leo has autismāand itās just one part of who he is.
Autism doesnāt define Leo, but it does shape how he experiences the world. He feels deeply, thinks differently, and notices details many of us miss. Some days are harder than others, and some moments take more patience, understanding, and love than I ever knew I hadābut they also come with so much joy.
Leo teaches me every day about resilience, empathy, and seeing the world through a kinder, more thoughtful lens. He doesnāt need to be āfixed.ā He needs to be accepted, supported, and celebrated for exactly who he is.
If you ever see Leo doing things a little differently, know that different doesnāt mean less. It just means differentāand thatās something worth embracing.
