I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for be Autism Initiatives

From 26th March to 2nd April, I’m committing to 10,000 steps a day — not just for the challenge, but for something very close to my heart.

I’ll be walking for autism awareness, with every step taken for my beautiful niece Lily, and for our own little journey we’re finding ourselves on with Jack.

This walk isn’t about speed or fitness goals. It’s about showing up — even on the hard days. It’s about learning, understanding, patience, and love. Autism is part of our world, and while the journey can feel uncertain at times, it’s also filled with strength, resilience, and moments that stop you in your tracks.

Some steps will feel light. Others will feel heavy. But all of them matter.

If you’re able to support this in any way, a donation — no matter how big or small — would mean the world. Every contribution helps raise awareness, supports families, and reminds us that we’re not walking this path alone.

This one’s for Lily, for Jack, and for every family walking a similar path — quietly, bravely, and with so much love.
