My journey

Wednesday 21st Jan

Autism is deeply personal to me. I am the proud parent of my son Harry who’s diagnosed with ASD, SPD a speech disorder and Hypermobility. For half of harrys life he was nonverbal and faces a significant speech delay still. Watching him want to communicate but struggle to be heard is something no parent ever forgets. Every word he gains has been fought for with incredible strength, determination, and courage and seeing him find his voice has been both heartbreaking and inspiring.

Our family has learned firsthand how challenging and how important early support, understanding, and resources are. That’s why I’m committing to walking 10,000 steps a day: to raise money and awareness for autism, not only for Harry, but for every individual and family walking this path. Every step I take is filled with purpose, love, and hope and every donation helps give children like Harry the support they need to thrive.
