I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives

I’ve been walking 10,000 steps every day to support autism awareness and challenge myself to stay consistent. I track all my progress using the Steps app, which keeps me motivated and accountable each day. Every step is a reminder that small actions can build into something meaningful. It’s not just about the distance — it’s about showing support, staying active, and pushing myself to keep going.

I’m walking 10,000 steps every day for autism awareness. Autism affects millions of people and families, yet many still face misunderstanding, lack of support, and barriers in everyday life. Walking may seem like a small act, but every step represents support, understanding, and the push for a more accepting world. By doing this daily and tracking my progress on the Steps app, I’m challenging myself while also raising awareness for a cause that deserves more attention. Each step is a reminder that real change starts with simple actions — and together, those steps can lead to greater understanding, inclusion, and support for people with autism. 💙
