I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives

Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge organised by Autism Initiatives Group, a charity that supports autistic people to live full, meaningful lives with understanding, dignity, and opportunity.

This cause means so much to me on a personal level. My younger brother is autistic, and growing up alongside him has shaped who I am. I’ve seen the barriers he’s faced, the misunderstandings, and the moments where the world hasn’t always felt built for him, but I’ve also seen his strength, kindness, and the amazing person he is.

I also work supporting people with autism, and every day I’m reminded how life-changing the right support can be. I see how compassion, patience, and inclusive communities can help autistic people feel valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential.

From 26th March to 2nd April, I’ll be walking 10,000 steps every day to raise money for this incredible charity, in the hope of helping create a more understanding and inclusive world for autistic people like my brother and those I support at work.

If you’re able to sponsor me, it would truly mean the world. Every donation, big or small, helps support autistic people and their families and brings us one step closer to a kinder, more inclusive future 💙
