Getting in the practice

Tuesday 24th Feb
So, little man went back to school today and I had the opportunity to go out with my little doggo.
If you know me well, you know I don't 'do exercise'!  But this is a fantastic cause that is so close to home for me.
My lil Man is nearing 10 years old and we have been on a long old journey to get a diagnosis, we are in the 8th year now.
He is SO lucky that he has an EHCP and a placement at a specialist unit within a mainstream school.
We have been on the Neuro divergent assessment pathway for close to 4 years and we are finally nearing the top!
Having worked with in the Autism field and having a son at home, I completely understand the ups and downs of people's lives.
As a bit of a shock, my eldest has just been placed on the adult assessment too.  I do believe I may be the link! 🫣

So today I managed 6439 steps, I know it's not a lot, but for me it may as well be 20 million. I'm going to take the doggo out as often as I can to build up my stamina. Then, I'm hoping to thrash the target, I set myself.
I will keep weekly updates.

Thank you to everyone who has donated. ♥️
