Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

Raising Awareness for Autism – One Step at a Time

Hi everyone,


This year I’m taking part in Walk for Autism 2026, and it means more to me than I can really put into words—for my little boy💙

Autism is part of our everyday life. Some days are amazing, full of moments that make me incredibly proud. Other days can be challenging in ways people don’t always see or understand. But through it all, my child continues to show strength, uniqueness, and a way of seeing the world that inspires me every day.

As a parent, you just want your child to be supported, understood, and given the same opportunities as everyone else. I’ve seen how important the right help and awareness can be—not just for individuals, but for entire families.

That’s why I’m doing this walk. I want to help raise awareness and funds so more families get the support they need and deserve.
