I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives

I’m taking part in Walk for Autism, a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group.

As an autistic coach, this cause is really close to my heart. Autism Initiatives Group works towards a world where autistic people have the support they need to thrive, the opportunity to reach their full potential, and an inclusive, supportive community to live in.

From 26th March to 2nd April, I’ll be walking 10,000 steps every day to raise money for this incredible charity.

Why Autism Support and Education Matter

Tuesday 3rd Feb
As an autistic fitness coach and personal trainer, I know first-hand how important education and support for autism are. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support I received at a special needs school and later in college, which helped me learn in a way that worked for me.
Autism is a wide spectrum and everyone’s needs are different, but for me, having the right support made it possible to build a career and a future. I hope this charity can continue to provide the support autistic people need to learn, grow, and thrive.
