I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives

For the next 8 days, I’ll be walking 10,000 steps a day to raise £50 for autism.

Autism isn’t just a word to me, it’s my everyday life. It shapes how I think, how I feel, how I experience the world, and how I move through it. Some days are manageable. Some days are overwhelming. Things that seem small to others can feel huge to me, sensory overload, communication struggles, burnout, anxiety, and the constant effort of masking just to get through “normal” situations.

At the same time, autism is also part of my strengths. my passion, my honesty, my deep focus, and the way I care intensely about the things and people I love.

Living as an autistic person can be isolating. It can impact work, relationships, confidence, and mental health. Support isn’t always easy to access, and understanding isn’t always there. That’s why I’m doing this.

I want to raise awareness, encourage acceptance, and contribute. even in a small way. to support for autistic people and families. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference.

If you can donate or even just share this fundraiser, it would mean so much to me.

Thank you for supporting something that is such a big part of who I am.
