My Big Heart for Autism 💙

Tuesday 17th Feb
Hi! My name is Dawson and I am 7 years old. I am writing this because I care about kids with autism.

Autism is something that makes some kids’ brains work in a different way. Different is not bad. Different is special! Some kids with autism might not like loud noises. Some might not talk a lot. Some are REALLY good at remembering things or drawing or building amazing stuff. Everyone’s brain is different, and that is what makes the world cool.

I have learned about autism from my family, teachers and friends at school. April is Autism Awareness Month, and the color for autism is blue.

I want to help kids with autism feel accepted and included. I want them to have the tools they need at school and at home to make daily activities a little easier. That is why I am doing a fundraiser!

The money we raise will help programs that support kids and families with autism. It can help pay for learning tools, therapy, and activities that help kids grow big and strong on the inside.

You can help by:

Donating if you can

Sharing this with your friends

Being kind to everyone

Even small acts of kindness make a BIG difference.

Thank you for helping a little boy make a big difference and the world a kinder place. I believe that when we work together, we can do amazing things!

Love,
Dawson 💙
