Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

I'm walking 10,000 miles as autism is close to my heart

Monday 23rd Mar
I choose to walk 10,000 miles starting on the 26th march 2026. I was diagnosed with ADHD and EUPD with autistic traits when I was 18 years old. I have struggled for years trying to fit in. Knowing I wasn't the same as most people. If it wasn't for the difference services I wouldn't be wearing I am today. So I am grateful for everything that do. 
Also when my son was 7 years old he was also diagnosed with autism and ADHD. It was hard for my son to make friends and he didn't feel like he fitted in. But with he's schools help they manage to get him the support he needed. So pleas if you can donate anything would be much appreciatedÂ
