We’re taking the walk for autism

Not just for awareness.
Not just for fundraising.

But for my 9 year-old daughter… who is living this every single day.

Autism isn’t always what people think it is.
Right now, it looks like overwhelm.
It looks like big feelings in a small body.
It looks like exhaustion from trying to cope in a world that feels too loud, too fast, and too much.

And it looks like courage. So much courage.

We’re walking because she deserves understanding.
She deserves patience.
She deserves a world that meets her where she is.

And so do all autistic children and their families who are quietly navigating hard days behind closed doors.

If you see us walking today, know that every step is filled with love, advocacy, and hope for gentler days ahead.

For her.
And for every child like her. 💙
