I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives
Autism is part of who Callie is, and we are so proud of her. Every day she teaches us patience, resilience and how to celebrate the smallest victories. I’m taking part in this walk to raise awareness, promote acceptance, and help build a world where children like Callie are understood, supported and celebrated for exactly who they are.
I'll be walking 10,000 steps a day from 26th March to 2nd April to raise money for this fantastic charity. Please sponsor me. Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated 😊

My story
Thursday 19th MarThis sponsored walk means everything to me — because it’s not just a challenge, it’s deeply personal.
I’m a mum to four amazing children: Ryan (18), Chloe (11), Savanna (7), and my youngest, Callie (3). Like many families, our journey hasn’t always been easy, and autism is something that has touched our lives in ways that only those living it truly understand.
Autism isn’t something you can always see, but it affects everyday life in so many ways — from how a child communicates, to how they experience the world around them. Things that others might find simple can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or exhausting.
As a parent, all you want is for your children to feel safe, understood, and accepted for exactly who they are.
That’s why I’m doing this walk.
I’m walking for Callie, for families like ours, and for every child who deserves patience, support, and a world that tries to understand them instead of judge them. I’m also walking for siblings like Chloe and Savanna, who grow up learning compassion, strength, and empathy in ways that are truly special.
This journey isn’t just about raising money — it’s about raising awareness. It’s about helping people see beyond the surface, to be kinder, more patient, and more inclusive.
Every step I take is for a future where children with autism are supported, where parents feel heard, and where no family feels alone.
If you can donate, I would be incredibly grateful. Every little bit helps make a difference. And if you’re not able to, sharing this page or simply taking the time to learn more about autism means just as much.
Thank you for supporting me, my family, and this cause so close to my heart 💙
