Walking for Autism

Tuesday 20th Jan

This year, I’m doing Walk for Autism—and this one is personal.

I’m autistic myself. My diagnosis helped me understand who I am, how my brain works, and why I experience the world a little differently. It didn’t change me—it gave me language, clarity, and a lot more self-compassion.

I’m walking to support acceptance, understanding, and access to resources for autistic people of all ages. Autism doesn’t look one way, and every autistic person deserves support, respect, and the space to be exactly who they are.

If you’re able to support, share, or walk alongside me (literally or in spirit), it means more than I can say. Let’s keep moving toward a world that meets autistic people where they are 💙

Thank you to my donors
