DAY 8 OF THE WALK FOR AUTISM COMPLETE
Thursday 2nd Apr THE LAST DAY IS OVER AND THE LAST STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN, I HAVE EXTREMELY SORE AND BLISTERED FEET BUT FOR SUCH A WORTHY CAUSE. DURING THE CHALLANGE I COMPLETED A TOTAL OF 112,882 STEPS BOTH RUNNING AND WALKING! Share
DAY 7 OF WALK FOR AUTISM
Wednesday 1st Apr DAY 7 FINISHED AND I COMPLETED A TOTAL OF 13,571 STEPS WHICH WAS 8.8 MILES. I RAN JUST OVER 4 MILES UPHILL AND WALKED THE REST. I HAVE NOW COMPLETED A SURPASSED MY GOAL OF 100,000 STEPS IN 8 DAYS AND COMPLETED 107,124 STEPS JUST 7 DAYS! Share
DAY 6 OF WALK FOR AUTISM COMPLETE
Tuesday 31st Mar Today I completed a total of 21,000 steps which was 13.2 miles. I have now completed 93,553 steps in JUST SIX DAYS!!! Share
DAY 5 OF WALK FOR AUTISM FINISHED
Monday 30th Mar I ran all of the 8.5 miles and 13,132 steps today all with blisters on my feet. Share
DAY 4 OF WALK FOR AUTISM
Sunday 29th Mar Day 4 of Walk For Autism now complete and it was tough again being out in the wind and the rain but I completed 12,506 steps which was 8.4 miles, 5.12 of those miles were running with blisters on my feet! Share
3rd Day of WALK FOR AUTISM COMPLETE
Saturday 28th Mar Today was tough running in the hail, sleet and rain but stil completed 12,778 steps and 8.4 miles! Share
1ST DAY OF WALK FOR AUTISM
Thursday 26th Mar Today was the 1st day and I ran/walked 12.6 miles which is 18,670 steps which I am proud to say is a good start. Thanks for the support. Share
WALK FOR AUTISM
Tuesday 17th Mar The Walk for Autism has now BEGUN. Each step and every bead of sweat is for my children and people with Autism everywhere! I am currently running a 9 minute mile which I don't think is too bad for a 49 year old epileptic. ShareThank you to my donors
