100,000 steps in just 8 days for my Daughter Penny

Penny is very shy hence my ugly mug is the profile picture. As a Father Penny makes me so proud the way she has grown and matured. She is so brave in facing up to uncomfortable situations as Autism is a very lonely and challenging place for individuals. Penny now has a fantastic friend called Lauren and they are like Sisters. Penny and I will be SO GRATEFUL for ANY donations. Thank you in advance.

 A loving Father.

Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

I'll be walking 12,500 steps a day from 26th March to 2nd April to raise money for this fantastic charity. Please sponsor me.

Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated 😊

Training

Tuesday 17th Mar
Today will be another day of training where I shall run 5 miles and speed walk another 4 miles. I am currently running a 9 minute mile which I don't think is too bad for a 49 year old epileptic.
