I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for Autism Initiatives

As many of you know we have 3 wonderful children with Autism. All uniquely individual in their own way. Being an autism Parent has taught us so much mostly the art of patience 😂!
All jokes aside it has taught us that love doesn’t always have to have words, that every accomplishment is something that should be celebrated, seeing a world through a different perspective and outside of the box!!  There are no words to express how immensely proud we are of our children.

I am doing this challenge for them as life isn’t always easy, it’s isolating and lonely at times filled with meltdowns and trying to keep your child regulated and happy. Endless sleepless nights, having to watch your beautiful innocent child self harm because they don’t understand the world around them. Knowing your child’s future isn’t going to be the same as you once thought that the level of care given will or might always be the same.

But we will face every challenge no matter how big or small together as a family united always ❤️

Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

I'll be walking 10,000 steps a day from 26th March to 2nd April to raise money for this fantastic charity. Please sponsor me.

Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated 😊
