My updates

Hi everyone ...

Tuesday 10th Mar
I'm Samantha, mum to Andrew, who was diagnosed with autism. We decided to go down the private diagnosis route as the waiting list was 4-6 years! But for me, I couldn't wait that long as I wanted to make sure I knew what was going on, wanted to know exactly what I could do for him, and to me, getting a diagnosis was the right thing to do! Of course I knew he was autistic, but I had my doubts, mainly from other people giving their opinions. But mama knows best! :)

It is Andrews birthday tomorrow so I'm hoping I'll be able to get a few donations to set up the day! :) I'm looking forward to doing my first fundraiser, and for it being something so close to home, it means so much! I'm not asking for a lot, even if it's £1, that's amazing! :)

Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference. It is more rewarding to watch money change the world than to watch it accumulate.

At the end of the day it's not about what you have or even what you've accomplished… it's about who you've lifted up, who you've made better.

Thank you to my donors
