My updates

Today

Monday 30th Mar
Since we're smashing the steps goal of reaching 80k, I'll be doing a bit less than 10k today so that I can rest a little as I've just woken up with my pain level through the roof.

I'll still do my best today, but it'll be less than 10k due to this.

Day 4 steps

Sunday 29th Mar
So today, I did a total of 7057 steps, but adding this with my friend Tommy's 11,494 steps that he did for me for today's total!

My Close Friend

Saturday 28th Mar
So I spoke to my Close Friend (Brother) Tommy today, who has done 11,494 steps for me today and asked me to add them to this so that I can rest my back a bit tomorrow due to the Chronic Back Pain flare-up that I'm still having!

Those steps will be added to what I do tomorrow!

Huge Shout-out to Tommy who has been an incredible support throughout these 3 days already!

Day 3

Saturday 28th Mar
Day 3 is complete!

Today was more of a struggle than I expected, after getting home I'm in more pain than I can put into words, so tomorrow will likely be less steps than planned (although we will still reach the 80k in 8 days goal!)

We dealt with issues from other people today and very nearly gave up, but we took a breather, sat down for a little bit, and pushed through!

At one point it we had a hailstorm and got absolutely drenched!

But, after completing the steps today we're now home and will be spending the evening on some much needed Self-Care!

Here's to tomorrow!

Day 1!

Thursday 26th Mar
Day 1 is done!

It was more of a struggle than I expected it to be as I have bee struggling this week with an intense Chronic Pain Flare-Up, so there was a lot of physical and mental struggle with today!

However, we managed it by using my walking stick, making sure to sit down regularly during the walk, and with some painkillers stronger than I'm used to hahaha

I'm now at home, and will definitely not be moving out of my chair for the rest of the day!

Here's to day 2 tomorrow!
